This is a valuable and easy tool to try, if you are at all concern about the foods you intake and its nutritional content. I primarily use this site for its “Interactive Report Card” tool. I get a report card on a day-to-day basis on what foods I am actually consuming. The report card lets me know where I fall in terms of calories, sodium, fiber, various minerals and vitamins, etc. It helps me actively manage my nutrition by providing a clear visual on where I stand. For instance, on my bad (or naughty!) days, I get an ‘F’ for Calories or Sodium… For good days, I would get a ‘A’ or ‘B’ for Protein, Potassium etc… How simple is that to understand?!
